AtomicPay Content Policy

Introduction

This Content Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions of Use and establishes the rules for using AtomicPay, defining content types that are expressly prohibited because they violate legal rules, ethical principles or values adopted by AtomicPay.

Its purpose is to ensure a safe, transparent environment that complies with applicable regulations, protecting both users and the platform from potential risks and violations.

Failure to comply may result in suspension, blocking or permanent termination of the license to use AtomicPay, without prejudice to other applicable legal measures.

1. Prohibited content

Content involving physical products, tangible materials or in-person-only products is prohibited. Only digital and intangible products, such as e-books and online courses, are accepted.

Materials without educational or informational value are also prohibited, as are contents that encourage risky behavior, unproven treatments, illegal substances, unsafe practices, explicit violence, shock or repulsion without educational purpose.

Content encouraging illegal practices, such as drug use or sale, arms trafficking, human exploitation, counterfeiting, digital piracy, money laundering or financial fraud, is not allowed.

Content that violates personality rights, privacy, personal data protection rules, intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, patents or trade secrets without authorization is prohibited.

Pornographic, obscene or explicit nudity content, prostitution, child pornography, sexual exploitation, discrimination, violence, hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation or online stalking will not be tolerated.

Products with misleading promises, such as instant wealth, rapid weight loss, miracle cures or extraordinary solutions without scientific proof, are not accepted. Lottery, betting, casino or gambling materials are allowed only when authorized by specific law.

2. Services treated as digital products

Products or services that are not strictly digital may be treated as digital products when they meet the criteria established in the Terms and Conditions of Use.

This category may include individual or group consulting and mentorship, educational in-person events such as lectures and workshops, and unregulated services such as website creation, video editing, tarot readings, coaching and support for digital tools.

3. Services reviewed case by case

Services related to extra-income niches, administrative services and regulated services performed by qualified professionals may be accepted if they undergo detailed review by the Risk Department.

The review aims to ensure compliance with the General Terms of Use and AtomicPay guidelines. This process is manual and may take up to 48 hours for approval.

In specific situations, initially prohibited content may be allowed for educational purposes if presented clearly, ethically and impartially. AtomicPay will review each case individually.

4. Changes, reports and questions

AtomicPay may change this Policy at any time to ensure compliance with current laws and industry best practices. Any change will be communicated to users through official platform channels five days in advance.
