AtomicPay is committed to the security and privacy of its users. The services offered by AtomicPay are linked to this Privacy and Data Protection Policy. By using them, you agree to its provisions.
This Policy does not apply to services provided by third parties, including products or websites that use AtomicPay as a payment method. AtomicPay's responsibility is limited to the security and integrity of data provided directly on the platform.
1. Information collection
AtomicPay collects information that allows identification of users, platform customers or buyers. This data is used to ensure security, improve services and offer personalized conditions.
Collection occurs when creating an AtomicPay Account and during use of the services. During registration, contact information such as name, address, phone and email is requested, as well as personal data such as CPF, date of birth and mother's name.
As services are used, AtomicPay may also collect additional information, including bank details, complaint records, chargeback rate, commercial disagreements and revenue.
2. Consent
AtomicPay provides its services based on the Terms and Conditions of Use and this Privacy Policy. The rules established here apply from the beginning of the relationship until its eventual termination.
To ensure that the user has read and understood this Policy, AtomicPay requires express consent. Use of the services implies full acceptance of the current Policy.
If this Policy changes, AtomicPay will notify users at least 5 days in advance. Continued use of the services after that period will be considered full agreement with the new Policy.
3. Protection and storage
AtomicPay collects personal information and treats data security as a priority. Users' personal data will not be shared except in the cases described in this Policy.
Sharing may occur upon request or express authorization by the user, due to legal obligation or court order, when essential for contracted services, to complete payment or receipt transactions, or to protect AtomicPay's rights.
AtomicPay complies with applicable data protection law. The security of the device used to access AtomicPay services also depends on precautions adopted by the user.
4. Use
The personal data collected belongs exclusively to users. Except for the cases described, AtomicPay will not share this information with third parties.
The information collected is used to improve services, enhance user experience, strengthen technology infrastructure, identify the user and create an internal profile for risk management.
Contact details are used for essential communications, transaction information, service notices, support and, when applicable, communication with end consumers. AtomicPay may also use these channels to share relevant content, events, best-practice guides and market trends.
