Introduction

This digital payment policy is part of the Terms and establishes checkout content rules for AtomicPay — content types prohibited under legal, ethical, or platform values under payment platform policy.

Purpose: safe, transparent environment complying with regulations under online payment guidelines and digital payment policy.

Non-compliance may suspend or terminate access under payment platform policy and checkout content rules.

1. Prohibited content

Physical products are prohibited under checkout content rules. Only digital products such as e-books and online courses are accepted per digital payment policy.

Materials without educational value, risky behavior promotion, unproven treatments, illegal substances, violence without educational purpose violate online payment guidelines.

Illegal practices — drugs, arms, exploitation, piracy, fraud — violate payment platform policy and digital payment policy.

2. Services treated as digital products

Non-strictly-digital services may qualify under Terms and checkout content rules when criteria met per digital payment policy.

May include consulting, mentorship, educational events, and unregulated digital services under online payment guidelines.

3. Services reviewed case by case

Extra-income, administrative, and regulated services reviewed by Risk Department per payment platform policy.

Manual review up to 48 hours for checkout content rules compliance.

Educational exceptions reviewed individually under digital payment policy.

4. Changes, reports and questions

AtomicPay may update this payment platform policy and online payment guidelines with five-day notice.
