Use the seller email and password. Access follows the companies on that account.
Approve the company
Choose the companies and permissions. The assistant cannot go past that grant.

The seller account, with a boundary.
The connector does not create a separate user. It uses whoever signed in and the companies they approved.
Company permission
Every action follows that account's role in the company, including product-level limits.
Connected apps
Revoke the app in the dashboard when that assistant should stop.
Payment data
Card numbers, PIX codes, and bank details are not sent to the assistant.

No. During connect you choose the companies and permissions. Outside that grant, it does not act.
