Introduction
These Terms establish payment platform terms and checkout software terms for using AtomicPay, a payment intermediation solution owned by Atomicat Ltda. (CNPJ 47.164.113/0001-96). This payment service agreement is the main contract between AtomicPay and users of the payment intermediation platform.
AtomicPay intermediates payment solutions for Users, including Buyers and Sellers. By using AtomicPay, the User agrees to these checkout software terms, this online payment policy, and incorporated documents forming the payment service agreement.
Definitions
AtomicPay is the payment intermediation solution under these payment platform terms. User means the Account owner who accesses AtomicPay or registers for verification per this payment service agreement.
Buyers make payments; Sellers receive payments through AtomicPay under checkout software terms. Transaction means any financial operation including credit card, PIX, boleto, or other methods covered by online payment policy.
Account means the Payment Account created upon registration. Withdrawal means transfer to the Account holder's bank. Recurrence means automatic billing per payment platform terms.
Acceptance and incorporated documents
The payment service agreement includes Terms, Privacy Policy, and Content Policy — together forming payment platform terms and checkout software terms.
By creating an Account, the User accepts all clauses of this payment service agreement and online payment policy.
AtomicPay may add schedules or terms. Continued use implies acceptance unless the User objects within the notice period under payment platform terms.
Purpose
AtomicPay provides electronic payment management under checkout software terms — capture, processing, reconciliation, settlement, and transaction management.
Through the Dashboard, Users manage wallets, statements, receivables, and blocked amounts. AtomicPay acts as intermediary, not a financial institution, under this payment service agreement.
Registration and verification
Users provide name, CPF/CNPJ, address, email, phone, bank details, and activity type per payment platform terms and online payment policy.
Users must keep data updated. AtomicPay may verify information and block Accounts under checkout software terms when risk is identified.
Payment processing
AtomicPay settles payments in the Account after fees, per payment service agreement terms.
Transaction history updates after each payment. Users report discrepancies promptly under online payment policy.
Fraud or suspected fraud must be reported immediately. AtomicPay may suspend processing under payment platform terms.
Fees
Users pay transaction and withdrawal fees per checkout software terms and this payment service agreement.
Fees are deducted from the Account. AtomicPay may adjust fees with notice under payment platform terms.
Refunds, chargebacks, disputes and retention
Users maintain cancellation and refund policies per online payment policy. AtomicPay is not responsible for User product issues under checkout software terms.
Disputes and chargebacks may retain balances until resolution per payment service agreement.
AtomicPay may block amounts for fraud, chargeback, or breach under payment platform terms.
Term, changes, termination and liability
The payment service agreement is indefinite from acceptance. Changes will be notified when materially relevant under checkout software terms.
Users must comply with law, online payment policy, and Content Policy. AtomicPay acts as intermediary only under these payment platform terms.
Data protection, anti-corruption and general provisions
Users acknowledge data processing obligations under LGPD and Privacy Policy as part of payment service agreement compliance.
Parties comply with anti-corruption and AML laws under checkout software terms.
Governed by laws of Brazil. Courts of São Paulo elected for disputes under payment platform terms.
